This is his ninth speeding citation since the Cleveland Browns drafted him first overall in the 2017 NFL Draft. That number fuels the concern more than the speed itself. The pattern stretches back years. In Aug. 2025, Garrett picked up his eighth speeding ticket after authorities clocked him at 100 mph in a 60 mph zone, according to SSBCrack News. The most serious moment came on September 26, 2022. Garrett crashed his Porsche 911 in Sharon Township. The car flipped multiple times after he swerved to avoid an animal. Don’t take anything for granted,” Garrett said after the 2022 crash. He also said he felt grateful to escape without life-threatening injuries.
