Tom Brady turns heads with $480K Rolex as his luxury watch collection steals the spotlight

Tom Brady learned early that time can disappear in a single play. On Sept. 7, 2008, he tore his ACL and MCL in his left knee against the Kansas City Chiefs. The injury ended his season after just one drive. From that point forward, Brady treated every comeback, every year, as borrowed time.

Soon after, viewers noticed the watch on-air. As the game unfolded, social media buzzed. The Rolex did not distract from the broadcast. Instead, it added to Brady’s growing image as a style figure in his post-playing career.

This was not a one-off moment. In fact, Brady has turned luxury watches into a weekly tradition. Earlier this month, during FOX’s Eagles vs. 49ers playoff broadcast, he wore a rose gold Rolex Oyster Perpetual LandDweller worth more than $50,000. Likewise, in February 2025, while calling Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans, Brady sported a custom Jacob & O. Caviar Tourbillon valued at nearly $740,000.

Meanwhile, Brady’s collection carries real market value. In December 2024, Sotheby’s New York auctioned 21 watches from his personal collection. The sale generated millions. Most notably, a rare Rolex Paul Newman Daytona John Player Special sold for $1.1 million, according to Sotheby’s records dated December 2024.

At the same time, Brady’s career continues to shift. On January 15, 2026, he confirmed during a FOX media call that he will leave the network after the NFC Championship. He also announced a new role as chief wellness officer at eMed, a digital health platform.
