After starting the season 0-2, with narrow losses to the Cardinals (13-20) and the 49ers (21-26), the Saints have shown flashes of promise. Quarterback Spencer Rattler threw a career-best three touchdown passes in Week 2, and Alvin Kamara rushed for 100 yards, though his fumble led directly to a San Francisco touchdown. Head coach sees opportunity for growth during road game

Head coach Kellen Moore is treating the trip to Seattle as more than just another matchup. “It’ll be fun. Obviously, I grew up there in the state of Washington, so it’ll be a lot of fun to be back up there,” Moore said. He emphasizes that road games can help build team unity. “There’s not a whole lot of other people on your side of the game, and so it’ll be a lot of fun,” he added.
