O.J. Simpson’s memorabilia hits the auction block: Here’s what’s up for grabs

The O.J. Simpson's personal collection has reached the marketplace as an online auction that has drawn wide interest from sports fans together with collectors and history enthusiasts. The Goldin Auctions LLC auction presents memorabilia related to late athlete O.J. Simpson through an online bidding platform as enthusiasts submit initial offers for selected valuable memorabilia.

The auction features a faded signed photo from O.J. Simpson to former President Bill Clinton as the initial bid sets at $100. The Heisman USC poster signed by Simpson catches attention because it is available for $100 initial bids. The two items showcase Simpson's history as an athlete and show his professional relationships prior to his well-known legal conflicts.

The most unusual and costly item available for sale is Robert Kardashian's living Bible which he personally signed and inscribed for Simpson during their friendship to show his support. The starting bid of $2,500 reveals the historic value of this Bible because it once belonged to Robert Kardashian and was essential to his legal support of O.J. Simpson.


Among the available pieces at the auction are handwritten grievances by Simpson that feature his opinion on Bruce (Caitlyn) Jenner and the Kardashian family along with a partially finished manuscript. Through these pieces of documentation readers can get deeply personal insights into Simpson's life events. A Yamaha piano that Simpson personally owned carries a starting base price of $2,500 among the items listed but a unique find shows up as his California driver's license expired in 1983 and it has been priced at $500.

Through special administrator Malcolm LaVergne the estate auction proceeds will help Simpson's creditors since his death while paying off the expenses. Simpson's children made a decision not to oppose the public sale but permitted the entire auction process to proceed with judicial endorsement.

However, one particular item noticeably missing from the sale is Simpson’s deathbed, which made headlines in January but was ultimately excluded from the auction.
