Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams are celebrating their win against the San Francisco 49ers as the team marked its third straight victory. QB Matthew Stafford did his bit to help lead his team to the win with 16-of-27 completed passes for 160 yards. And Matthew’s wife Kelly Stafford kept the celebratory spirit up as she recently took to social media to swoon over her husband.
NFL Wife Kelly Swoons Over Her Quarterback Husband’s Cool Look
On Monday, Kelly shared a photo of Matthew on her Instagram Stories; Matthew could be seen wearing a sharp denim jacket and his salt and pepper hair and beard were on display post the match. This impressed Kelly and she praised her husband’s gameday look, particularly one aspect. “The gray..I can't" she captioned her post.
Kelly and their four kids can spend some downtime with Matthew during the mini-hiatus, but chances are that the Pro Bowler will have to start prepping for the next game in a few days.
The Rams will face the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium on Sunday; chances are the Rams will be looking to ramp up their 8-6 record as they currently top the NFC West tied with the Seattle Seahawks.
While Matthew has been busy with his NFL season, Kelly has been busy with parenting duties and her podcast. The NFL wife along with her longtime friend Hank Winchester host a podcast together called ‘The Morning After’ where the two hosts talk about navigating the spotlight and also about parenthood. And in one of the recent episodes, Kelly opened up about cussing while she’s at the VIP suites of her husband’s games.
"You marry someone who loves sports, who's competitive like Matthew is, I'm sure he was down there cussing up a storm and I was in the suite cussing up a storm," Kelly said. "Now my kids are used to it. They know those are adult words. We've talked about this. So I don't feel bad doing it in front of them."
