Recently, a video of Jamie Foxx hosting his family to watch the Super Bowl LIX has now gone viral. In the viral video, Jamie Foxx and his family are seen singing along to Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” as it plays on a huge TV screen. While Jamie Foxx is himself not visible in the video since he is recording it, his voice can be heard as his family is seen grooving to Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us”.
Fans are not happy with it since back in 2010 Jamie Foxx had collaborated with Drake for the iconic song “Fall For Your Type”. It was a huge hit and has over 110+ million views on YouTube.
Kendrick Lamar’s Not Like Us was a diss track against Drake which Drake has been accused of “being with” minors - something that Drake has denied and filed a lawsuit against. But to see Jamie Foxx grooving to Kendrick Lamar’s performance has made fans angry.
A fan took to X and wrote, “drake is really the only one that has the right to say "it's me vs the world" fr”, while another fan wrote, “Damn Jamie after Drake literally helped start your music career by writing for you smh.”
A third fan wrote, “Didn’t Drake give you a hit with “fall for your type” this not it big dawg.”
Drake Is Yet To Respond To Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl LIX Halftime Performance
Kendrick Lamar has drawn a lot of criticism for his Super Bowl LIX Halftime. Many fans felt he made his whole performance about dissing Drake, even bringing out famous athlete Serena Williams for a special appearance during his performance. For the unversed, Serena Williams and Drake have dated in the past.
Drake has not yet commented on the whole ordeal. At the moment, Drake is not in the United States of America and is busy touring Australia.
Fans are waiting for how Drake will get back at Kendrick Lamar.
