Shannon Sharpe reportedly lashed out at model after she sent her location to friends

Shannon Sharpe has now been fired from ESPN, days after he reached a settlement with the 20 year old model. Shannon Sharpe has remained silent about it but some of the court documents paint a pretty grim picture about the relationship the NFL legend shared with the model since 2022.As per the court documents obtained by NBC Sports, it seems that Shannon Sharpe had a pretty toxic relationship with the model.As per the lawsuit filed by the 20 year old woman in April, apparently Shannon Sharpe had become possessive and “controlling” in the last few months of their relationship.Shannon Sharpe reportedly once got furious at the woman after she tried to share her location with her friends.The NFL legend reportedly told her, “I will f***ing kill you.”The 20 year old woman has also alleged that she was sexually assaulted multiple times in their relationship by Shannon Sharpe.However, Shannon Sharpe has strongly denied such claims and maintains that all sexual moments between them were “consensual” and nothing was forced on the woman.Amid all this, Shannon Sharpe recently reached a settlement with the woman. Even though the model had sued him for $50 million, Shannon Sharpe paid her $23 million.According to People, Tony Buzbee, the lawyer of the 20-year-old woman, has issued a statement about the settlement, even though he has not spoken about the payment amount.Tony Buzbee said, “Both sides acknowledge a long-term consensual and tumultuous relationship…After protracted and respectful negotiations, I’m pleased to announce that we have reached a mutually agreed upon resolution.”Tony Buzbee added, “All matters have now been addressed satisfactorily, and the matter is closed. The lawsuit will thus be dismissed with prejudice.”As of now, Shannon Sharpe has maintained his silence about being fired from ESPN as he continues to regularly work on his podcasts.
