Recently, Quarterback Bryce Young has pledged to assist the Carolina Panthers, despite being watching from the sidelines during their upcoming game against the Las Vegas Raiders. Young, who was the No. 1 overall pick of the 2023 NFL Draft, took responsibility for his performance on Thursday.

Bryce Young opens up about his benching

The former Alabama star discussed his benching and took full accountability for his performance on the field. "For the most part, every snap hit my hands and I didn't do enough with it. At the end of the day, I take accountability for that... So I'm always going to look in the mirror. In two games this season, he threw for 245 yards with no touchdowns and three interceptions, averaging just 4.4 yards per throw. In contrast, he threw for 8,356 yards, 80 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions in 35 games for Alabama.
