David Covucci, Editor-In-Chief of FOIAball, shared a shocking 2022 Mike Vrabel/Dianna Russini connection on X.
Russini reportedly made a Spotify playlist titled “TURNIN THE PAGE” that she shared with a user named “Mike” on Dec. 19, 2022.
Dianna Russini’s uplifting Spotify playlist comes right after Mike Vrabel’s four consecutive game losses
Dianna Russini’s Spotify playlist coincides with Mike Vrabel’s four consecutive losses as the first-time head coach for the Tennessee Titans. In 2017, he served as the defensive coordinator for the Houston Texans. He was promoted to head coach for the Tennessee Titans in 2018, and 2022 was his fifth year as head coach.
Anyhow, the public playlist was created on Dec. 19, 2022, and four losses were dated as: Nov. 27, Dec. 4, Dec. 11, and Dec. 18, 2022. Just the very next day, that playlist came to life. It had a total of 15 songs:
CUFF IT by Beyonce, Big Energy by Latto, BREAK MY SOUL by Beyonce, House Party by Sam Hunt, My Love by Route 94 ft. Jess Glynne, Pump It Louder by Tiesto and Black Eyed Peas, Raise Your Glass by Pink,
Bass Down Low by DEV ft. The Cataracs, Can’t Stop by Red Hot Chili Peppers, Last Resort by Papa Roach, Welcome To The Jungle by Guns N’ Roses, Photograph by Def Leppard, God Of Thunder by KISS, Dance the Night Away by Van Halen, and Renegade by Styx.
Dianna Russini tries to cheer up Mike Vrabel through uplifting Spotify songs
If we go and check some of the lyrics of Dianna Russini’s Spotify playlist songs likely dedicated to Mike Vrabel --- would they speak of “how can one learn from four losses” or “how to make someone feel better after they have been disheartened four times in a row”? No idea. But let’s check out some of the lyrics.
Beyonce’s BREAK MY SOUL features intriguing lines like “I’m looking for motivation” and “release ya anger, release ya mind, release ya job, release the time, release ya trade, release the stress, release the love, forget the stress.” Okay, that’s too personal.
Another? Papa Roach’s Last Resort features “losin’ my sight, losin’ my mind, wish somebody would tell me I’m fine.” After four losses, someone might feel like they’re losing their sight and losing their mind. And someone might want to tell them that they’re fine.
Okay, last lyrical connection. Raise Your Glass by Pink has uplifting lines like, “raise your glass if you are wrong, in all right ways, all my underdogs” and “don’t be fancy, just get dancy, why so serious?” The song probably talks about partying away or dancing away to forget one’s worries.
More clues? Nashville sports radio talk host and podcaster Jared Stillman shared on X that Jim Wyatt revealed the 2023 practice playlist [on Mike Vrabel's birthday] featured "Def Leppard, Guns N' Roses, AC/DC, Motley Crue, Metallica, and even some more old school Styx [Renegade]."
Titans coach Mike Vrabel lost to Bengals, Eagles, Jaguars, and Chargers
Now, which losses were so painful that Dianna Russini reportedly created a Spotify playlist to help Mike Vrabel forget his worries/troubles/pains?
Nov. 27 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals by four points [20-16], Dec. 4 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles by a big margin [35-10], Dec. 11 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars by again a huge margin [36-22],
and lastly, Dec. 18 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers by just three points [17-14]. That must have hurt. Having had three back-to-back losses, and then when you finally get to have a win, you lose just by three points. No wonder an uplifting playlist came to fruition.
X users react to Dianna Russini's Spotify playlist for Mike
"What a horrible song selection to send any male," wrote one X user.
Another user complimented David Covucci for finding it: "If this is true, this gotta be some of the craziest internet detective work ever." Steelers Nation commented, "Clearly it's Tomlin cause of Renegade."
A user tagged Nashville sports radio host and podcaster, Jared Stillman, and said, "Need this on the pod. She has seen these tweets about her playlist, and she deleted her Spotify profile a few minutes ago."
