What does 'All IN. ALL COVERED.' mean?

On Tuesday, the Broncos made a bold move, announcing on Instagram: "ALL IN. ALL COVERED." Under Sean Payton’s leadership, they’re donating over 15,000 Riddell Axiom football helmets to every high school team in Colorado, including all 5A programs.

Carrie Walton Penner, co-owner of the Broncos, shared, “All In. All Covered. is a game-changing initiative that will positively impact Colorado youth for years. Aligned with our values of equity and innovation, this program will reshape how schools prioritize athlete safety, thanks to collaboration with Riddell, CHSAA, and our team."

This isn’t a one-time donation. Every year, schools will receive 25% of their helmets based on roster size, ensuring long-term sustainability. The first helmets will hit the field in 2025, with the program continuing through 2028. Plus, schools get face masks, visors, and access to a high-tech analytics system to boost player safety.
