Interestingly, in the same post, Skabetto's girlfriend, Chloe Rodriguez, also reacted. “Rumor has it we still haven’t gone on a double date,” Rodriguez commented.

The timing of the moment is connected directly to what Dart and Skattebo built during the 2025 season. Dart earned the Giants’ starting quarterback job in Week 4 and immediately leaned on Skattebo as part of the offense. Skattebo’s rookie season ended on Oct. 27, 2025, when he suffered a severe ankle injury against the Eagles in Week 8. Skattebo is expected to be ready for the start of training camp later this year. Dart remains the centerpiece of the rebuild.
