On April 10, 2025, Isaiah Bond surrendered to Frisco, Texas, police following a warrant claiming sexual assault. Claiming the allegations were untrue, he denied them and set a $25,000 bond.
Collin County District Attorney Greg Willis confirmed the grand jury's "no bill" on August 14, ending the criminal investigation.
Isaiah Bond released a public statement expressing thanks:
“I am grateful for the decision of the prosecutor and the courts not to pursue charges… I stand firm by that today.” NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy told Cleveland.com that the league is reviewing the case under its conduct policy. Even without criminal charges, this does not preclude league discipline.

In 2024, in Texas, Isaiah Bond had 34 receptions for 540 yards and five touchdowns following a relocation from Alabama. NFL He astonished with a 4.39-second 40-yard dash.
