MUMBAI, May 1: The Bangladesh-bound Indian team members will have to sign the contracts with the cricket board before departing for the short tour later this month, the BCCI said on Tuesday.
"The drafts of the contracts are already with the players. They will have to sign them before leaving for Bangladesh," BCCI secretary Niranjan Shah said.
The players' contracts have been hanging fire for a long time now because of their reservations over some clauses.

The cricket board later cracked the whip on players' endorsements by limiting them to three per head at its last working committee meeting in Mumbai.
Shah would be in Kolkata on the last two days of the conditioning camp for the team which is to start on Wednesday.
But the BCCI secretary ruled out the chances of the meeting of the special committee formed to choose the new coach of the team from taking place this week.
"It's not possible. It will take some time (for the committee) to meet," he said.
The seven-member committee, headed by BCCI chief Sharad Pawar, has three former captains - Sunil Gavaskar, Srinivas Venkataraghavan and (manager-designate for Bangladesh) Ravi Shastri - among its members.
