MCA gives Rs 25 lakh to kin of Latur Ranji player
Maharashtra Cricket Association (MCA) on Monday handed over a cheque of Rs 25 lakh to kin of the deceased Ranji player Kishore Bhikane.
The 25-year-old medium pacer was killed in a road mishap on March 4 near Latur while returning home after playing a Ranji tie.
Bhikane had represented Maharashtra in five one-day matches and seven Twenty20 ties.
MCA officials Ajay Shirke and Kamlesh Kakkar handed over the cheque to his family members at their residence.
