NEW DELHI: Senior opener Jaya Sharma, who has not played international cricket since last November, was on Monday named among the 30 probables announced by the BCCI for the ICC World Twenty20 Women's Cricket to be played in England in June.
The 28-year-old left-handed batswoman has been included in the probables' list subject to her fitness for the tournament, which will be played simultaneously with the men's ICC World Twenty20 championship in the same country.
Sharma, who was not included in the recent World Cup squad, last played for India against Australia in Canberra on November 8. Jaya has played only one T20 match against Australia last year.
Another senior Railways player, Nooshin al-Khadeer, however, continued to remain out of scheme of selectors.
Nooshin has been an economical bowler but was left out of the World Cup squad although she took three wickets from four games in her last series in Australia.
