MUMBAI: Defending champions Indian Oil and BPCL would lock horns in the final of PSPB T20 cricket tournament on Wednesday.
The hosts Indian Oil today defeated ONGC by 17 runs, while BPCL scripted a comfortable seven-wicket win against HPCL in the semi-finals to set up the title clash.
Put into bat Indian Oil got off to a good start with openers Aditya Tare and Paresh Patel forging a 112-run partnership but lost some momentum following their departure.

Ravikant Shukla, Abbas Ali and Mandar Phadke all scored 20 runs apiece to help the side post 194/6.
ONGC lost opener Unmukt Chand early but Sandeep Sharma (42) and Tanmay Shrivastav (56) put up a 73-run stand for the second wicket.
Some incisive bowling from Indian Oil in the death overs by the trio of Abbas Ali, Amit Dani and Rohan Raje ensured the defending champions book a berth in the final.
In the other semi-final, left-arm seamer Jaydev Unadkat of BPCL claimed a hat-trick in the final over of the HPCL innings to help his team post a comprehensive victory. In all he claimed five wickets.
