Anjuman ride on Anees century

MUMBAI: A century by Anjuman Islam’s (Urdu) Anees Chaudhry (110) was the highlight of the Harris Shield Elite Division, Round Two games being played at the Cross and Azad Maidans on Tuesday. Chaudhry’s ton was supported by half centuries from Arbaaz Sheikh (76) and Shah Rukh Khan (76) as Anjuman piled on 350-6 against IES Secondary (Mulund).
Dhrumil, Nishant strike for Podar:
Lilavatibai Podar’s Dhrumil Matkar and Nishant Williams took three wickets each to reduce Don Bosco (Matunga) to 61-6 after being bowled out for 121 earlier in the morning.Dhrumil (62) and Nishant (30) contributed with the bat too before erasing the Bosco top order cheaply.
