Everything You Need To Know About Ryan Dunn’s Ankle Sprain

In a nail-biting match against the Miami Heat on Wednesday, Ryan Dunn contributed around 7 points while hitting on both his field goal attempts. Dunn further added a rebound during his 9 minutes on the basketball court. However, an unfortunate ankle sprain forced the 21-year-old athlete to take the backseat and the rest is history.

After the victory of the Phoenix Stars, no update was provided on the 21-year-old’s condition. Dunn’s performance went on to prove his much-needed presence in the Phoenix Stars for the upcoming matches of the 2024-25 NBA season. However, Ryan Dunn will be facing Dallas on Friday.

An Unmissable Improvement In Phoenix Star’s Ryan Dunn’s Shooting Style And Ability

Under Phoenix Stars’ coach Mike Budenholzer, if a player cannot shoot threes it is next to impossible for them to see their names on the roster. However, Ryan Dunn showed a great improvement before the 2024-25 NBA season, by hitting almost 50% of his threes in almost 5.5 attempts. According to Dunn’s teammate Tyus Jones, the latter is more fearless and confident now. Jones said-

“I see fearlessness. Taking the shots with 100% confidence, playing defence aggressively, not flinching. So that’s huge, especially as a rookie.”
