His mother, Nicole Williams, also served in the US Air Force, but as a medical professional. She served for 12 years, and later took on the job of family nurse practitioner and juggled between her profession and her mama duties.
Jalen imbibes the basketball skills from her mother, who played during her time at the Air Force Academy. OKC Thunder’s power forward has a younger brother, Cody Williams, who is also a rising basketball star and plays for Utah.
