“The wording is crazy”- Marcus Morris Sr.'s brother and agent claim NBA star was targeted
NBA veteran Marcus Morris Sr. was arrested recently at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Based on the arrest records, the former Boston Celtics star was held on the charges of writing a check with insufficient funds in Broward County. Marcus Morris Sr.'s twin brother, Markieff, and his agent reacted to the news and even posted an angry statement on X, claiming the NBA star was framed.
“The wording is crazy. Damn for that amount of money they'll embarrass you in the airport with your family,' the post read. 'They could have came to the crib for all that.”
