Alexander had revealed in an interview with GQ.com last year about how his mom is the one to fuel his interest in fashion.
He told the magazine in an interview, “It started with my mum when I was a kid. She would always make sure my brother and I had the newest pair of shoes and clothes. So, I credit my mum with my love for fashion.”

On being asked about what inspires his fashion choices, he said, “I usually find inspiration in a variety of sources. Fashion knows no limits or boundaries, so everyday interactions or daily activities can spark creativity. I draw some inspiration from early 2000s streetwear as well.”
