Stephen Curry is an NBA legend who is currently playing for the Golden State Warriors and over the years, he has created an astounding legacy to elevate his name in the league being on the top of the food chain. While many aspiring stars’ dream is to become the next Curry in the league, rising Warriors star Moses Moody has recently shared his ultimate goal while explaining the perks of being on the same team as Curry.

Moses Moody shared that he aspired to carry Stephen Curry’s legacy forward

Moses Moody has grown up watching basketball legend Stephen Curry and it is no less than a fortune for him to play alongside the 36-year-old point guard. Of course, Moody came a long way in honing his skills and prowess in the games but the rookie has recently revealed his ultimate goal. In a recent chat with ex-NBA star at FanDuel TV’s Run It Back, Lou Williams, Moody shared his experience being in the same team as Curry.“I think it’s been great to come into the league as a rookie. And to have Steph being there from day one,” Moody said of the Baby-Faced Assassin. “You know, you can be in different situations and, you know, you’re human, you’re naturally going to kind of compare yourself. And what you want, the ultimate goal is to become Steph Curry,” he added.
The goal to fill the shoes of Curry is not easy as he must give his best to the game, even pushing beyond the edge of his limit. But he is ready to walk one more step to fulfil his goal. “I can’t let Steph work harder than me because he’s already who he is. And it lets me know that the better you get, the harder you got to work, the harder you got the opportunity to work because you got to play more and this and that. So it’s been a really good thing to have for me. My whole career is just a good role model to equate success,” Moody added. Also Read: Nike vs. Stephen Curry: A Billion-Dollar Blunder Analyzed Decades Later On A Popular Radio Show After Listener’s Provocative CommentFurther, Moody recalls his true "welcome to the league" moment as coming during his first training camp, guarding Stephen Curry.
