The latest update from the Indiana Pacers’ president, Kevin Pritchard, on the same has sent shock waves among the fans. They considered it a complete downfall of the team. He underwent the surgery for the same, and is recuperating currently. However, he is not deemed fit for intense physical activity like playing an NBA game.Experts suggest that the Achilles’ tendon tear takes about a year to heal completely. So, Pacers are in no mood to jeopardize his recovery, as per the organization’s president. According to StatMuse, Tyrese has averaged 17.9 points, 8.4 assists, and 5.9 rebounds in 38 playoff games he played in the 2024-2025 season. The Pacers' defense crashed as the star guard was escorted off the court after the injury during Game 7. He was seen standing with the help of crutches later, greeting his teammates after the game.
