NEW DELHI: Armoni Brooks made a significant impact in his Brooklyn Nets debut, scoring 17 points off the bench to help the team rally from a 16-point deficit and defeat the Miami Heat 109-105. The Nets' bench outscored the Heat's bench 50-26, with Brooks contributing significantly by making 6-of-7 shots, including 5-of-6 from beyond the arc.
Mikal Bridges led the Nets with 21 points, and Lonnie Walker IV, a former Miami Hurricanes star, contributed 17 points as a reserve.Ben Simmons was the leading rebounder for Brooklyn, pulling down 11 boards.

Cam Thomas, who entered the game as the third-highest scorer in the NBA with an average of 33.0 points per game, was held to 13 points. He struggled to find his shot, making just 4-of-19 attempts and committing four turnovers.
For the struggling Miami Heat, Tyler Herro led the way with 30 points, and Bam Adebayo added 21 points and 14 rebounds. Jimmy Butler chipped in with 20 points, but no other Heat player reached double figures.
The Brooklyn Nets outscored the Miami Heat 34-22 in the fourth quarter to secure their second consecutive victory.
The Miami Heat were missing two players due to injuries, while the Brooklyn Nets were without four players. Despite the absences, Brooklyn managed to pull off a come-from-behind victory, further extending Miami's losing streak to four games.

The game was closely contested in the first period, with both teams shooting 50 percent from the floor, and Miami holding a slim 32-29 lead. Miami extended its lead in the second quarter, going up by as many as 16 points before settling for a 56-46 halftime advantage.
Cam Thomas struggled to find his shot in the first half, making just 1-for-10 attempts. However, he managed to bounce back in the third quarter with nine points on 3-for-7 shooting. Brooklyn was able to mount a comeback in the fourth quarter, erasing the deficit and taking their first lead since the first quarter, ultimately securing the win.
