In the game, Luka Doncic once again proved why he’s one of the most complete offensive players in the league, leading his team with a dynamic performance in Game 2. Playing just over 42 minutes, Doncic poured in 31 points on 45% shooting (9-of-20), and while he struggled from deep, hitting just 2-of-8 from beyond the arc, he more than made up for it by going a perfect 11-for-11 at the free-throw line.
He also dominated the glass with 12 rebounds, 11 of them on the defensive end, and dished out nine assists, coming just one short of a triple-double.
Defensively, Doncic added a block and remained engaged throughout his 42-minute shift.
To aid the Slovenian star, LeBron James added 21 points on the board alongside 11 rebounds and 7 assists. Austin Reaves scored 16 points while Rui Hachimura contributed 11.
