On Thursday, Kay La, Damian Lillard's ex-wife, filled her Instagram with festive joy as she celebrated the holiday season with her children. She began by sharing a heartwarming video of the kids gleefully singing
Christmas carols, a perfect glimpse into their holiday cheer.
"Look at my babies," she captioned.
She later shared heartwarming photos of her twins, Kali Emma and Kalii Laheem, in a tender embrace.
In another sweet moment, she posed alongside the twins and Damian Lillard Jr., capturing their togetherness in yet another cherished picture.
Damian and Kay La Lillard’s relationship hit a rough patch last October when they filed for divorce. Kay La is seeking sole custody of their children, while also making sure to fill their lives with joy, posting snapshots of the kids dressed up in adorable "Sonic the Hedgehog" and "Paw Patrol" costumes.
The couple, who married in 2021, parted ways just two years later. Damian filed for divorce in Clackamas County Circuit Court in Oregon City, citing irreconcilable differences as the cause of their split. Despite the challenges, the Milwaukee Bucks star remains deeply connected to his children, often sharing how their well-being drives him, both as a father and an athlete.

In October, Damian Lillard shared how fatherhood ignited his passion, motivating him to set a powerful example for his kids and inspire them to reach for their dreams.
"I get a lot of motivation from being a dad," Lillard said, via SLAM. "There are mornings where I gotta workout at 6:30 and I'll get my kids up and bring them in here ... They'll sit over there while I work out because I want them to be able to see, like, this didn't come out of nowhere.
And the motivation comes in where, if I'm being criticized, or if I'm struggling, or if something makes me uncomfortable, I think about my kids when I'm having to respond to those types of situations ... Whatever the situation is, I'll be the example for my kids and my nieces and nephews. I get a lot of motivation from the opportunities to show [how you represent yourself] even when it's a tough or a bad situation." (via: Sportskeeda)
