Amen Thompson and Alperen Sengun combined for 53 points, 16 rebounds, and 10 assists for the Rockets. Houston had a balanced scoring night because of the two young studs, even though the rest of the team only shot 39.2% from the field. The home team only gave up 47 points from the Mavericks in the second half and finished the fourth quarter with 29 points.

While Kevin Durant and Jabari Smith Jr. combined for 49 points, Houston was unable to get anything from Sengun and Thompson.
