Injuries don’t seem to bother the Indiana Fever star guard Caitlin Clark, as the player shows up for the Fever’s match against the Washington Mystics, but this time in a different role. Ahead of the match, the player was seen with the assistant coach’s baby while posing for the pre-match photograph session. The act generated hilarious reactions from the NBA fans, including tagging the player’s partner, Connor McAffrey.

Caitlin Clark, within a very short period of time, became a global sports icon in women’s basketball, earning praises and accolades from star athletes like Wayne Gretzky and even LeBron James. While on the journey of soaring high with success, the player had to face an unfortunate incident in her recent match against the New York Liberty. Having suffered a strain to her left quadriceps, the player was expected to miss at least 2 weeks from appearing in the court once again. These two weeks included the Indiana Fever’s matches against the Washington Mystics, Connecticut Sun and the Chicago Sky. If the re-evaluation after the initial recovery period goes well, the player will get to play in the Fever’s match against the Atlanta Dream on June 9. Despite the setback, the injury could not dampen the spirit of the player as she showed up at the CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore, Maryland, during the Fever vs.
