Model Anne de Paula, who was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, is most known for her appearances in Sports Illustrated. As a child, De Paula was really interested in soccer, but she eventually gave it up to concentrate on modeling.

Given that Anne is from Brazil, it should come as no surprise that she is a Roman Catholic. The bride changed into two different costumes for the evening's performances by Brian McKnight and Meek Mill. Additionally, in September 2020, their son Arthur Elijah was born. They are now a contented family of three.

In 2021, the model told ESPN that their friendship was the beginning of their love. When they went to a dinner in New York City with a mutual friend in 2018, they first crossed paths. In fact, she didn't know Embiid played basketball until much later.

When his and Anne's paths first met, Embiid wasn't really searching for anything romantically significant. Their first meeting was completely coincidental. On her first encounter with Embiid, Anne had no idea what he was into.

De Paula gave birth to their first child, a son they named Arthur Elijah de Paula Embiid, on September 17, 2020.
