Top cueists of the country will take part in the Rs 3.1 lakh Cricket Club All India Invitation Snooker Tournament from January 7-11.

MUMBAI: Top cueists of the country, including Geet Sethi, Devendra Joshi and Alok Kumar, will take part in the Rs 3.1 lakh Cricket Club All India Invitation Snooker Tournament from January 7-11.
The winning player would be richer by Rs 1 lakh in the tournament which is being sponsored by the Nahar Group and held under the aegis of The Billiards and Snooker Association of Maharashtra at the club's premises in Bandra east, a media release said.

The players who have entered are: Geet Sethi, Devendra Joshi, Manan Chandra, Sourav Kothari, Brijesh Damani, Aditya Mehta, Kamal Chawla, Alok Kumar, Rupesh Shah, Shahbaaz Adil Khan, Faizal Khan, Rishabh Pandye, Yasin Merchant, Girish and M S Arun.
National champion Pankaj Advani is also expected to take part but confirmation about his availability is awaited, according to MIG Club sources.
