The last date for submission of entries is June 15, informed tournament director Manmeet Bhatia.

The championship will feature events in sub junior boys, junior snooker, junior billiards, senior snooker and billiards and Masters snooker along with 6-Red snooker, stated Delhi Billiards and Snooker Association (DBSA) secretary Ravi Tandon.

The winner and runners-up of the meet will represent Delhi at the cue sport Nationals in Indore in November this year.

It will be for the first time that the state championship is being organised in the month of June considering the junior and sub-junior entries as the schools and colleges remain closed for summer break.

“The idea is to accommodate as many entries as possible to provide the cue sport enthusiasts a chance to showcase their skills at the state level. It will also help to make the sport more popular,” Tandon added.
