The teenager, who had a sequence of 95, 97, 98 and 94, was leading the men's category at close on Thursday, but was pipped by Tamil Nadu's J Kumara who shot 388 on Friday.
Nevertheless, the twin medals were a big boost for the youngster who last year won gold at the national junior championship.
