Bhaker's stellar performance saw her shoot a total of 215.1 to clinch the third spot on the podium.

The gold and silver medals were claimed by Bres Klaudia of Poland and Ibarra Miranda Andrea Victoria of Mexico respectively, with both shooters finishing with a score of 236.2.

However, it wasn't as successful an outing for another Indian participant, Rhythm Sangwan, who finished last in the eight-woman final.

The ongoing World Cup features a 34-member Indian contingent participating in the junior and senior 10m air gun competitions exclusively. With the senior competitions kicking off on Friday, the Indian shooters are vying for top honors in the prestigious event.
