Indian Judokas rounded off their campaign in the 10th Asian Junior Judo Championship with a gold and six bronze medals in Beirut, Lebanon.

NEW DELHI: Indian Judokas rounded off their campaign in the 10th Asian Junior Judo Championship with a gold and six bronze medals in Beirut, Lebanon.
Nippu Jamwal won the gold in the 45 kg category, while others settled for bronze in their respective categories.
India had sent 11 players (6 girls and 5 boys) for the two-day long event.
Meanwhile, India secured a silver and a bronze medal in the third Asian Youth Judo Championships held on Friday in Beirut.

Balinder laid his hands on the silver, while Sarah Majid settled for bronze.
Winners: Nippu Jamwal (45 kg). Bronze medal: Y Sangita Devi (48 kg), Priyanka Das (52 kg) Naveen (57 kg), Garima Chaudhary (63 kg), Rekha (70 kg) and Anoop (55 kg).
