Chris Mackenzie scores 3 goals as Vimal Arion Achievers win Maharaja Sawai Bhawani Singh MVC Polo Cup

JAIPUR: Vimal Arion Achievers emerged champions in the Jaipur Open for Brigadier HH Maharaja Sawai Bhawani Singh MVC Cup 2024 (12 Goals) at the Rajasthan Polo Club ground here on Sunday.

In a well-contested final, Vimal Arion Achievers battled past Carysil Aravali Polo 6-4.

Chris Mackenzie was the chief architect of the Arion Achievers with 3 goals. Rao Himmat Singh Bedla scored 2 goals, while Daniel Otamendi chipped in with a goal. Vishwarupe Bajaj was the other member of the victorious side.

For Team Carysil Aravali Polo, Shamsheer Ali fought hard with 3 goals. Manolo F Llorente scored one goal. Other players in the team were Kuldeep Singh Rathore and Dino Dhankhar, who was declared ‘most valuable player’ of the match.

Chief guest, Jairaj Nair, vice-president, Carysil, presented the trophy to the winning team. RPC secretary Digvijay Singh, joint secretary Vikramaditya Barkana and Narendra Singh were also present on the occasion.
