Tarini, Gurinder smash records

MOHALI: New school records were set on the final day of the Annual Inter-House Athletic Meet held at the Yadavindra Public School, Mohali on Thursday. On the fourth day, Tarini Ravjit created a record (4.28m) in the girls under-17 broad jump event. In the 400m race, Gurinder Singh of Tagore House created a record by clocking 58:7 s in the boys under-17 age category.In javelin throw, Sunderjit Chahal struck with a distance of 46.25m. In 100m dash for boys under-14 age category, Naehap Sharma clocked 13.08s to bag first prize.
