Nagpur district level cross country on Tuesday

The winner in the men’s and women’s sections will pocket Rs 5,000. The runners-up and second runners-up will be awarded Rs 3,000 and Rs 1,500 respectively.
Nagpur district level cross country on Tuesday
NAGPUR: District-level cross country, organized jointly by Koshish Foundation, Yuva Foundation and Aai Foundation, will be held on September 22 (Tuesday) at Reshimbagh Square.
The meet, which is recognized by the Nagpur District Athletics Association, will be conducted in three various categories - men's (12.5-km), women’s (8-km), U-16 boys and girls (3-km), U-14 boys and girls (1.5-km), stated organizer of the race Vikrant Deshmukh in a press release here on Thursday.

The winner in the men’s and women’s sections will pocket Rs 5,000. The runners-up and second runners-up will be awarded Rs 3,000 and Rs 1,500 respectively. U-16 winners will get Rs 2,000, while Rs 1,500 will be given to the winner of U-14 section.
Vivekanand Singh will be the in-charge of the race, while Bunty Prasad Yadav will be the technical committee head. Gurudas Nagrale will be the chief referee. Entry closes on September 20.
