Dave Roberts reveals being happy with Tyler Glasnow's Spring Training performance

After the Los Angeles Dodgers lost to the Cincinnati Reds on Monday, Dave Roberts was interviewed by Kirsten Watson from SportsNet LA. During one of the segments of his interview, Roberts reviewed Tyler Glasnow's performance against the Reds. Opening up about being happy with Glasnow, Roberts said:“I thought Tyler was good today. Certainly out of the wind-up, I thought he was really good. I thought he was in his delivery. And then once we got that flare-base hit off the ground ball, and I think once he got in the stretch, he started to get a little disjointed with the delivery.”Moving forward in his statement, Dave Roberts confessed to not giving Tyler Glasnow "any opportunity to work," but despite that, his performance was quite impressive. Talking about how he's "happy" about Glasgow's current position in the game, Roberts further added:“And obviously in spring training, he hasn't had any opportunity to work on that.
But I think where he's at right now, I couldn't be more happy."
Apart from talking about Tyler Glasnow, Dave Roberts shared his say on their last month's hires Kirby Yates and Tanner Scott. Roberts claimed that Scott and Yates are perfect at "where they need to be" and sharing details into his take, added:“I thought they were both fine. Obviously Tanner gave up a homer today. I thought the stuff was good. I thought Kirby was good, efficient. So I think those guys are where they need to be. Obviously seeing Alex [Vesia], Alex looked very sharp today. And I thought Blake [Treinen] was fine. So gave up a homer, but, that's kind of part of it."Talking about the Dodgers, their star player Mookie Betts recently opened up about the reason for leaving the Boston Red Sox and blamed the team for having no positivity.
