With voting underway, impressive displays by men and women in both exhibitions are carving the potential rosters. Following is an earlier take on who may end up sharing All-Star honours.Aaron Judge continues his dominance in the league as the AL leader in batting average (.387), OPS (1.242), and runs scored (55). His consistency puts him at the very front of the pack when it comes to a starting outfield position.Cal Raleigh made a strong argument to be selected as the starting catcher, with his impressive power display leading the league with 23 home runs.Bobby Witt, Jr. must be a premier candidate for the starting lineup at shortstop, combining confidence defensively with offensive potency. Hunter Brown has been winning 8 times, the most in the league, and Garrett Crochet has been a very dominant starting pitcher, Crochet having more strikeouts (101) and innings pitched (82.0).Freddie Freeman appears to be in a class of his own this season with a .369 batting average and a 1.061 OPS, ranking first in the National League (NL) in these categories, hence cementing his status as the world lead in first basemen.With 23 home runs and 64 runs, Ohtani is utterly flawless with his offerings at the plate, thus functioning starkly as a slap hitter and as a pitcher.Francisco Lindor has done everything expected and more, ranking first in WAR among NL shortstops (2.8) and contributing many home runs and stolen bases that should have earned him an All-Star selection.
