“Most successful people have a partner” : Mets’ Francisco Lindor credits wife Katia for massive MLB success

The New York Mets’ shortstop Francisco Lindor has shown exceptional skills while being on the field, while his wife, Katia, has always been behind him, supporting him at every possible opportunity. Talking about Katia, Francisco Lindor says, most successful people have a partner. Francisco Lindor spoke to GQ about Katia, where he said, he believes, every successful person has a partner by their side, that can keep them true to who they are. Lindor said:“I married up, I really do think that most successful people in the world have a partner. Whether it’s same sex, opposite sex, whatever. I just think most have someone by their side that can keep them true to who they are. Katia has brought that to me.”In March, 2025, Francisco Lindor and his wife Katia revealed that Katia’s due date is around the corner, and that they are looking forward to embracing parenthood once again. The couple is about to welcome their child soon. Francisco Lindor married Katia in December 2021. They had their first child in 2020. The duo spoke to each other for three months, until they met in Arizona for spring training.
