While Leydis was enjoying her time in Miami, Jorge Soler was making noise on the field. The Los Angeles Angels outfielder had a strong game against the Los Angeles Dodgers on Sunday. He hit two home runs, showing signs that he is ready to bounce back this season.

Leydis followed the game closely and shared her excitement online. She posted a clip of his first home run, which came in the second inning and opened the scoring. Later, she also shared his second big moment, a three-run home run in the sixth inning. Her posts showed how proud she was watching him perform.

This comes after a tough 2025 season for Soler. The 34-year-old played only 82 games and finished with a .215 batting average, 12 home runs, and a .680 OPS. It was not the kind of year he expected, and he admitted that himself earlier this month.

Speaking about the new season, Soler said, “I feel really good this year. Last year I had a really bad year and that was disappointing. But this year, it’s an important year and I feel like I’m more focused and ready to go.”

Even though last season was not great, his overall numbers still show his power. Over the past three years, he has averaged around 23 home runs. Now, with this being the final year of his contract with the Angels, there is extra motivation to perform better.

Away from baseball, Soler’s personal life has remained strong. He and Leydis have been together since their high school days. They got married in 2013 and now have two children, a son and a daughter. With Leydis enjoying her time off and Soler finding his rhythm again, things seem to be falling into place for the family as the new season approaches.
