Katia shared a heart-touching clip on her Instagram story. Based on the clip the Mets alum Francisco Lindor and Katia were seen having a great time with their daughters Kalina and Amapola. Katia captioned the clip in Spanish, and after translating it read as

Francisco Lindor and Katia Reguero tied the knot in 2021 and welcomed two daughters Kalina and Amapola. The couple met each other via Instagram as the MLB star could not resist sliding into her DM and the rest is history. The Lindor family is expanding as the couple is expecting their baby number 3.

Undoubtedly, motherhood is every woman’s dream. With Francisco Lindor’s wife Katia expecting her third child, the famous podcast host spoke about the entire process recently. After announcing their pregnancy on Instagram back in December 2024, the couple is excited to embrace parenthood again.
Katia opened up on her fair share of problems she has been struggling with respect to her pregnancy. Katia spoke about motherhood and the problems that come with it on Instagram through a post. Her post mentioned-
"Motherhood is a deeply transformative experience. One that changes us physically, mentally, and emotionally. Our bodies go through big changes: scars, new curves, stretch marks; reflections of the ability to give life. Simultaneously, our mind adapts, facing from joy indescribably to exhaustion and doubts that redefine who we are,"
She further elaborated on the struggles with respect to mood swings and self-esteem that come along with the advanced stages of pregnancy. She said-
"These changes can challenge our mood and self-esteem, but they also teach us to be resilient and value our strength. Embracing every version of ourselves is essential: accepting our scars, honoring our evolution, and loving ourselves with compassion,"
Katia firmly believes that it is important for pregnant women to channel their negative emotions into positive thoughts as it can have a bad effect on both physical and mental health.
