The veteran baseman posted a video of his training session on Instagram and captioned it with a one-word message-“Progress” Nolan Arenado/ Instagram StoryDespite being subjected to uncertainty with respect to his stint with the St. Louis Cardinals, Arenado is looking forward to a better and fitter start for the upcoming 2025 season. With rumors heating up around the St. Louis Cardinals’ looking forward to revamping the team and the much-hyped release of Nolan Arenado, Just Baseball’s Ethan Hyatt came up with a list of 5 potential MLB teams for Nolan Arenado. According to Hyatt San Diego Padres is a perfect fit for Arenado. He said-"Arenado’s defense doesn’t bring as much to the table for the Padres as it does for other teams, however, as they already have former Platinum Glove winner Manny Machado at third base.”He further mentioned-“Fortunately, Arenado has made it clear that he’d be open to moving to first base if an acquiring team needed that from him. Having two-star third basemen on one team isn’t that bad of a problem to have, though, so the Friars would likely accept a deal for Nolan with grace."Going ahead with the San Diego Padres, Cardinals alum Nolan Arenado would be able to plate for a contender closer to home.
