It was India's fourth gold in the continental showpiece, first after nine years as they qualify for next year's Paris Olympics. "We had only one aim, to win gold medal. We would not have qualified had we not won the gold," says Mandeep Singh. Indians had to be content with a bronze medal in the last edition in Jakarta.
