He was then arrested, charged with DUI involving property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test, and released from jail around 11 p.m. ET the same night.

Sheriff Budensiek shared during a press conference that Woods was “cooperative but not trying to incriminate himself.”
He also said Woods appeared “lethargic on scene,” though authorities were clear that alcohol was not involved, which matched the breath test results. The refusal to take further testing played a role in the charges.After his release, Woods was seen for the first time leaving the Martin County jail. In photos, he appeared quiet and upset while sitting in the passenger seat of a car.
