She started laughing right away. Vanessa Trump looked surprised and answered, “Oh my gosh. Nice trick question Kai… I wasn’t born yesterday.”

Later in the video, the topic shifted to golf. Kai Trump, who is set to play collegiate golf at the University of Miami in 2026, asked her mom if she loves the sport. Vanessa Trump explained, “I taught all my kids to play golf. I didn’t teach them personally, but I brought them to play.”

She added, “I’m not a golfer, I was a tennis player. But I do love Putt Putt. I just love putting. I spent a lot of time practicing putting, and I do love golf.”

Kai then admitted something surprising. “It’s funny though because she’s actually beat me at putting a few times. I’m not the best putter. I am a great putter in tournaments here and there, but somehow you always, I don’t know.”

Away from the YouTube video, Tiger Woods recently marked a major milestone. The 15-time major champion turned 50 in late December. He celebrated with a large event that also honored 30 years of his charitable foundation.

According to People Magazine, Tiger Woods spent much of the evening with Vanessa Trump while also speaking with guests connected to his charity work. A source told People Magazine, “Tiger was with Vanessa but also busy talking to people he knows from the charity.” The same source added, “They seemed to have a great time.”
