Former Wimbledon champion Maria Sharapova grabbed attention at one of Hollywood’s biggest nights. The tennis legend, now 38, appeared on the red carpet at the famous Vanity Fair Oscar Party in Los Angeles wearing a bold low-cut cream dress that quickly became a talking point online. Sharapova, a five time Grand Slam champion, looked relaxed and confident as she posed for photographers outside the party venue. The event is one of the most exclusive celebrations after the Academy Awards, bringing together stars from sports, movies and music. According to The Sun, Sharapova was among many well known names invited to the glamorous bash hosted by Mark Guiducci, editorial director at Vanity Fair.

The Russian tennis star stood out in the elegant cream outfit, which featured a deep neckline and flowing design. Inside the party, Sharapova mingled with several celebrities. Among the guests were singer Olivia Rodrigo, Hollywood icon Jane Fonda, supermodel Bella Hadid, and pop star Dua Lipa. Instead, Sharapova spent the evening at the Oscars after party in Los Angeles. Just days earlier, she also visited Crypto.com Arena to watch an NBA game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Denver Nuggets.

After the game, Sharapova shared a photo on Instagram with Lakers star Luka Dončić, who scored the winning basket in the match.


In the picture, the 6 ft 8 in basketball player stood beside Sharapova, who is 6 ft 2 in tall and wearing high heels. Sharapova wrote in the caption, “Clutch. The physicality, the discipline, turning it on under pressure when the world is watching.

There’s nothing like live sports. I chose a goodie to attend after all these years!!”

The post quickly drew attention from fans who loved seeing the tennis star enjoying another big sporting moment.
