Cruz Beckham breaks silence on Brooklyn Beckham feud, shares hopeful message about fixing their relationship

The Beckham family drama is still making headlines, but Cruz Beckham has now shared a small message that caught attention. The youngest son of David Beckham and Victoria Beckham said he hopes to repair his relationship with his older brother Brooklyn Beckham, even though the two are not speaking right now. Brooklyn turned 27 on March 4, and while the family situation remains complicated, Cruz still wished him well. According to TMZ, Cruz was stopped by reporters on the street in Paris the same day and was asked about his brother’s birthday.

When asked what message he had for Brooklyn, Cruz kept it simple and said, “Happy Birthday.” Reporters then asked whether he believes the family could reunite in the future. Cruz paused before answering honestly. “I hope so,” he said. Even though the brothers appear to be distant at the moment, Cruz’s short response suggests that he still hopes things could improve within the family one day.

Both David Beckham and Victoria Beckham posted short birthday wishes for their eldest son on social media. Victoria shared a throwback photo on her Instagram Story showing the three of them smiling in a swimming pool when Brooklyn was a child. In the picture, Brooklyn was holding onto his parents’ shoulders while they relaxed together.

While his parents shared public messages, Brooklyn appeared to spend the day celebrating quietly with his wife Nicola Peltz Beckham.

Nicola posted a birthday tribute to her husband on Instagram on March 4. The post showed a short video of Brooklyn opening a box of pink doughnuts decorated with candles. The treats spelled out “Happy Birthday Brooklyn.” At one point in the clip, Brooklyn blew out the candles while Nicola reminded him to make a wish.

She wrote a loving message in the caption. “Happy birthday baby. I hope all your dreams and wishes come true. You light up every room you walk into and anyone who knows you loves you. You’re the most special human and I love being your wife.”

Brooklyn later replied in the comments with a short message. “My baby girl xxx,” he wrote. However, Brooklyn did not publicly respond to the birthday messages shared by his parents.

Earlier this year, Brooklyn spoke openly on social media about his strained relationship with his family. In a post shared January 19, he said he was not currently speaking with them and suggested there had been tension around his marriage to Nicola Peltz Beckham.

Brooklyn also pushed back against claims that his wife controls his decisions. He insisted he makes his own choices and stands by his relationship. For now, the situation remains unresolved. Still, Cruz Beckham’s short message shows that at least one member of the family is hoping for a better future.
