MIYAZAKI (Japan), November 17: Jeev Milkha Singh turned in an even-par 70 in the third round to join defending champion Padraig Harrington at the tied seventh spot in the $1.7 million Dunlop Phoenix golf tournament here on Saturday.
Jeev's 70, which included a second successive 18th-hole eagle, took his total to four-under 206 at the par-70 Phoenix Country Club.

The Indian had a tumultuous day as he opened with a sixth hole bogey before drawing even with a birdie on the eighth.
On his way back, Jeev dropped shots on 10th, 15th and 16th against a birdie on the 14th and was in danger of going over-par for the first time in the tournament.
However, the final-hole eagle saved the day for him and left him six strokes behind leader Ian Poulter, who shot the day's best of three-under 67 to take the sole lead.
Poulter's fellow Englishman Luke Donald was two shots behind after firing an identical 67. Japanese Daisuke Maruyama (70) and Spaniard Gonzalo Fernndez-Castano (69) were tied for the third spot with a total of six-under 204.
Holder Harrington of Ireland could manage only 73 in windy conditions.
