Lewis Hamilton will be driving a Ferrari in the Formula 1 2025 season. However, in his personal life, the F1 star is quite the environmentalist and chooses to drive an electric car for his day-to-day travel. Despite this, he owns a luxurious collection of several other cars that would make anyone go weak at the knees. These cars are typically parked in the garages of his Monaco and Los Angeles homes.

The Mercedes Collection

Hamilton owns quite a few Mercedes vehicles in his proud collection, including the one he uses the most for his regular outings - the electric Mercedes EQC SUV, which cost him around $83,000.

He also owns the much-loved Mercedes-AMG Project One. He bought two of them — one for himself and one for his father. The hybrid car costs $2.5 million. Many other F1 drivers, like Nico Rosberg, have also added this car to their collections. Hamilton had tested the prototype during his time at Mercedes.

Another of his cars is the AMG SLS Black, which accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just three seconds. He also has a white Mercedes AMG GT R, which he used as his F1 safety car for some years, and the Mercedes-Maybach S600.

Additionally, the off-roading truck, Mercedes AMG G63 6×6, is part of his collection, although it's not exactly a car.

The Ferraris

Hamilton already owns three Ferraris, and we expect him to drive more of them now. He is a proud owner of the Ferrari LaFerrari, the limited edition Ferrari 599 SA Aperta, worth $2.1 million, and a LaFerrari Aperta, worth $2.8 million.

Lewis Hamilton owns a few vintage cars too

Hamilton’s most expensive car is the 1966 classic Shelby Cobra, estimated to be worth over $5 million. He was spotted driving the car during his dates with ex-girlfriend Nicole Scherzinger.

Another classic car in his garage is the 1967 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500, valued at around $1.4 million. Hamilton also purchased a limited edition 1995 McLaren F1 for $15.62 million. The one-seater car was once considered the fastest car in the world.

Since Hamilton is now more passionate about sustainability, he prefers to drive either petrol or electric cars off the track. He will now be seen in Ferrari’s red colors at the Australian Grand Prix this month, marking the beginning of his new chapter in the 2025 F1 season.
